Biography: Amjad Luna received a Ph.D. and MS degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, USA in 1996. Dr Luna taught at the University of Engineering & Technology (UET) Lahore for one year before joining LUMS in 2005. Prior to UET Dr Luna acquired over six years of research and development experience in the communication industry in the United States. The principal focus of his work has been on developing efficient algorithms and their implementations at the Physical layer.
