| In
the no-boundaries spirit of the school,
the faculty at LUMS SSE is involved
in multi-disciplinary research, working
on various interfaces between biology,
chemistry, physics and engineering
such as computational biology (biology,
computer science, physics and mathematics),
nano-fabrication applications to clinical
biology (chemistry, material science
and biology), nuclear magnetic resonance
(physics, biology and chemistry) and
mathematical aspects of string theory
(physics and mathematics).
